1966 Plymouth Belvedere - $23,900 - manchester, NH -

This 1966 Plymouth Belvedere has been totally restored form the ground up over the past 15 yrs.  Originally, a 318 V8 car that had only 30,000 miles and was purchased from the orig. owner in the Springfield, OR area.  We spoke with the 3rd owner of the car stating he he started restoring the car in the late 90s.  Curious about the history and power train of this beauty, it appears this Belvedere was built for performance powered by 440/600hp motor that was rebuilt and balanced by Gary Stevenson, a well known race car engine builder in Eugene, OR.  The motor JE pistons with an inverted dome, JE piston rings, forged steel Mopar performance crank shaft, Milodon dry sump single line oiling system, Milodon true roller timing gear set, 292 comp. cam, Mopar performance stage VI cylinder heads, 5 angle valve job, ported and polished, balanced assembly.  Edelbrock performer intake, Holley 850 CFM carb., ceramic coated Dyno Max headers, complete break down of the machine work. Port matched intake, Wright and clearances of the engine, Milodon oil pan with single line oiling system, Felpro gaskets, MSD ignition.  The cost of the engine build was approx. $10,000.00 according to the 3rd owner.  We have receipts and specs on the motor, along with the other receipts of the restoration, and a photo album of the car body showing how the car was stripped down to the bare metal, showing very minimal rust.  The transmission is a rebuilt 727 Torque Flite, B&M 2500 stall converter, Cheetah SCS shifter with reverse valve body.  Trams. temp sensor.  The rear is a 8 3/4  3.90 Sure Grip, Richmond gears, Auburn posi unit, super stock springs, Moroso spring perches with 3 adjustments, drag racing shocks, mini-tubed, sub frame connectors, drive shaft loop, Aspen Volare front disc brakes and six point roll cage was installed.  The car was refinished in Hemi Orange base coat clear coat system.  The exterior body and paint is exceptionally nice, straight body lines, no waves in the body.  Restored bright work and stainless, new glass, restored front grille and front bumper.  Orig. rear bumper has slight haze, but overall, very good condition.  Rear trunk panel has also been restored.  Fiberglass six pack lift off hood refinished in a matte black finish.  Certainly, a power house for all you Mopar lovers...hold on to your hat!  This car rocks!  Tons of photos and receipts, over $60k invested.  This car has ben modified for the street or the strip.  As is as shown.
