1976 Jaguar XJ6C - $8,900 - Washington, DC - Beautiful example of the rare XJ6-C Series 2 Coupe. Local three owner DC car that was sold new at Manhattan Jaguar in Rockville , MD. Wonderfully straight, rust free body with recent high quality paint job. All rubber trim was replaced and glass and chrome are very good. Original Vinyl top had to be redone at same time as it looks new. Interior is equally impressive with all new leather, carpets and wool headliner, Wood dash is excellent and all gauges function properly. Front power windows work well with rear windows working sporadically. Still has factory radio and all factory books, manuals, wiring diagrams, ECP corrosion protection warranty card along with factory passport service booklet. Previous owner was in process of doing total restoration and had to stop due to health reasons so car needs several mechanical items addressed which we can list upon inquiry. Car does run and drive fairly well and miles are listed on title as actual so really just needs sometime to give it some typical Jaguar TLC. Has very nice Jaguar wire wheels that are in fantastic condition with nearly new tires all around. Also has original spare and jack etc. in trunk which also has all been redone. Engine compartment is very original and car is missing nothing. Only a little over 1700 of these were built is 1976 and will make great project for next enthusiast owner.
